Since there are limited shoreland and wetland construction activities allowed without a permit, most projects will require either a shoreland or a wetlands permit before any work can be done on the designated property.

The permitting process involves a number of activities and application forms for specific projects. As a designated agent for the property owner we can perform all work involved in the permitting process and follow through with the New Hampshire D.E.S. during the review of the submitted permit application.
